75 Power to assess consumption
(1)
A licensee may assess the quantity of water supplied to land or through a portable meter in circumstances set out in the metering code.
(2)
The licensee must give the customer to whom the water supply is made available through the meter or the user of the portable meter at least 14 days notice of the licensee's intention to make an assessment and must state the reason why the assessment is to be made.
