14.06 Costs of proof
Unless the Court orders otherwise, if a party:
(a)
serves a notice under rule 14.04(3) disputing a fact, and later the fact is proved in the proceeding; or
(b)
serves a notice under rule 14.05(3) disputing the authenticity of a document, and later its authenticity is proved in the proceeding,
the other party is entitled to an order that the party who served the notice must pay the costs of proof.
