Work Health Court Rules 1999

If a party makes an admission of fact in a proceeding, whether by the party's pleading or otherwise, the Court may, on the application of another party, give the judgment or make the order to which the applicant is entitled on the admission.

The Court may exercise the power under subrule (1) whether or not there are other questions to be determined in the proceeding.
