23.05 Failure to provide correct information to mediator
If, after a certificate referred to in rule 5.02(2)(f) is filed:
(a)
a worker or employer provides information to the Court that differs from the information listed on the certificate; and
(b)
the Court is satisfied that the worker or employer failed to provide the mediator with relevant information that was in existence at the time of the mediation to which the certificate relates,
the Court may make a costs order against the party who failed to provide the mediator with relevant information.
