23.06 Costs in respect of conciliation conference
(1)
Subject to rule 23.04 and unless the Court orders otherwise, costs for the preparation for and attendance at a conciliation conference are allowable in the same amount as set out in the
Appendix for a contested interlocutory application.
(2)
If a conciliation officer is not an officer of the Court, the
Court may make an order to secure or enforce payment of the conciliation officer's costs and expenses.
