8.02 Additional claims or matters
(1)
A party may include in a pleading a claim or counterclaim against any other party to the proceeding.
(2)
To enable the Court to determine all issues in dispute, a party may plead additional facts or matters to those raised in an application, an appearance or a decision made under section 69, 85 or
86 of the Act.
