8.06 Particulars of pleading
(1)
A pleading is to contain the particulars of a fact or matter pleaded.
(2)
Without limiting subrule (1), a party must give particulars if they are necessary to enable the opposite party to plead, define the questions for hearing or avoid surprise at the hearing.
