Part 11Interstate transfer of detainees and youths under supervision
188 Information to be sent to corresponding Minister
If a detainee is transferred to a State, the Minister must send to the corresponding Minister of that State:
(a)
a copy of the transfer order; and
(b)
a copy of the order under which the detainee was detained in the
Territory; and
(c)
a report in relation to the transferee, including details of the period of detention served, entitlements to a review of the period of detention to be served and a copy of any record relating to the conduct of the transferee while a detainee in the Territory.
