45 Visitors book
(1) The
Superintendent must keep a visitors book at the detention centre.
(2) The following details must be entered in the visitors book in relation to each person visiting a detainee:
(a) the name of the visitor;
(b) the date of the visit;
(c) the name of the detainee.
