50 Person may be required to leave
(1) If the Superintendent is satisfied a person has behaved improperly or inappropriately while at the detention centre, the Superintendent may require the person to leave the detention centre.
(2) The person must comply with the requirement.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
