265 Chief executive may prepare model rules
(1)
The chief executive may prepare model rules for land trusts.
(2)
In adopting changes to its rules, or adopting new rules, a land trust must have regard to the model rules prepared under subsection (1).
(3)
If the chief executive prepares model rules under subsection (1), the chief executive must give a copy of the model rules to each land trust.
