266 Provision about vesting of Aboriginal land
(1)
If Aboriginal land is held by a land trust, the land is taken to have been vested in the land trust.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies to Aboriginal land whether or not the land was first held by the land trust before the commencement of this section.
