267 Application of Trusts Act 2025
(1)
The Trusts Act 2025 applies to a land trust and its members in relation to dealings with Aboriginal land only to the extent prescribed under this part.
(2)
To the extent that the Trusts Act 2025 does apply to a land trust and its members in relation to dealings with Aboriginal land, it applies with the changes prescribed under this part.
(3)
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the Trusts Act 2025 applies, without changes, to a land trust and its members in relation to dealings with trust property that is not Aboriginal land.
