280 Notice of appeal
A person who appeals against a decision under this part must give a copy of the notice of appeal to—
(a)
for a decision mentioned in section 277(1), (2), (3) or (4)—the decision-maker; or
(b)
for a decision mentioned in section 277(5)—the decision-maker and the land trust.
