281 Powers of Land Court on appeal

(1)

In deciding the appeal, the Land Court has the same powers as the decision-maker.

(2)

The Land Court may—

(a)

confirm the decision; or

(b)

set aside the decision and substitute another decision; or

(c)

set aside the decision and return the issue to the decision-maker with directions the court considers appropriate.

(3)

If the Land Court substitutes another decision, the substituted decision is, other than for the purpose of an appeal under this part, taken to be the decision of the decision-maker.
