Register of particular declarations

In force

(1)

The chief executive must keep a register of declarations made by the Minister under the following sections—

(a)

section 10(1)(c);

(b)

section 12(1);

(c)

section 27(1);

(d)

section 28(2);

(e)

section 55(1) or (2);

(f)

section 82(1) or (4);

(g)

section 258(2).

(2)

The register may be kept in a way the chief executive considers appropriate, including, for example, in electronic form.

(3)

The chief executive must make the information contained in the register publicly available on the department’s website free of charge.
