298A Validation of creation of particular interests in transferable land
(1)
This section applies to the creation of an interest in transferable land mentioned in section 298(2) if—
(a)
the interest was created before the commencement; and
(b)
the Minister’s consent to the creation of the interest was not requested under section 282(1)(e).
(2)
It is declared that the creation of the interest is taken to be, and to have always been, as valid as it would have been if the Minister had consented to the creation of the interest under section 282(1)(e).
