70 Amendment of claim
(1)
A claim under this Act may be amended with the leave of the Land Tribunal.
(2)
If a claim is amended to include land that was not claimed in the original claim, section 62 applies as if a separate claim had been made for that land and the claim had been referred to the tribunal.
