73 Notification of parties

(1)

If a claim by a group of Aboriginal people for an area of claimable land is established on 1 or more grounds, the Land Tribunal must notify each party to the proceeding, in writing—

(a)

that the claim has been so established; and

(b)

of the recommendations (if any) made to the Minister in relation to the claim.

(2)

If a claim by a group of Aboriginal people for an area of claimable land is not established on 1 or more grounds, the Land Tribunal must notify each party to the proceeding, in writing, that the claim has not been so established.

(3)

In this section—Minister means the Minister administering the Land Act.
