48A Prescribed protected areas—Act, s 173
For section 173(4) of the Act, definition prescribed protected area, paragraph (b), a resources reserve stated in schedule 1 is prescribed.
Note—
Section 174 of the Act provides that prescribed protected areas in the Cape York Peninsula Region are transferable land.
