This section applies if—

a person applied to QCAT for a review of a decision under the repealed Act, section 13AC, to remove the person’s name from the expression of interest register; and

immediately before the commencement day, the application had not been finally dealt with.

The application has no further effect.

The person’s name must be listed in the expression of interest register under this Act.

For section 79(1)(a), the person’s name is taken to have been entered in the register on the later of the following days—

the day the name was entered in the expression of interest register under the repealed Act (before the removal mentioned in subsection (1));

1 year before the commencement day.
