342 Current applications to chief executive to convert simple adoption
(1)
This section applies to an application made to the chief executive under the repealed Act, section 38AD(1) that, immediately before the commencement day, had not been finally dealt with.
(2)
The chief executive may decide the application under that section despite the repeal.
