352 Particular persons selected for assessment
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
a person was selected for assessment under part 4, division 5; and
(b)
the chief executive had not decided whether the person was suitable to be an adoptive parent.
(2)
Section 101 as in force after the commencement applies to the person.
