355 Child’s name for final adoption order
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
an application had been made under part 9 for a final adoption order for a child; and
(b)
a final adoption order for the child had not been made.
(2)
Section 215 as in force after the commencement applies in relation to the final adoption order.
