22 Right of review by QCAT
(1)
This section applies to a decision of the chief executive—
(a)
to refuse an application for a licence or the renewal of a licence; or
(b)
to impose a condition on a licence; or
(c)
to suspend or cancel a licence.
(2)
The applicant or licensee may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the decision.
