health professional means a person registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law to practise, other than as a student, in any of the following—
(a)
the medical profession;
(b)
the medical radiation practice profession;
(c)
the midwifery profession;
(d)
the nursing profession;
(e)
the occupational therapy profession;
(f)
the paramedicine profession;
(g)
the pharmacy profession;
(h)
the physiotherapy profession;
(i)
the psychology profession.
