84 Encroachment of apiary class A upon another apiary
(1)
This section applies if the chief executive prohibits under the repealed Act, section 12(1) or 13(1) the establishment of an apiary class A in or upon premises or a place and the prohibition is in force immediately before the commencement.
(2)
From the commencement, the prohibition is of no effect.
