85 Permit to establish apiary—repealed Act, s 13(2)
(1)
A permit issued under the repealed Act, section 13(2), and in force immediately before the commencement, continues in force from the commencement for the period stated in the permit as if this Act had not been enacted.
(2)
From the commencement, the repealed Act, section 13 continues to apply to the permit while it remains in force.
