166 Automatic expiry on failure to apply for renewal
(1)
If a building certifier does not apply to renew the certifier’s licence on or before the day the licence expires, the licence expires at the end of the day.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies whether or not QBCC has complied with section 165 in relation to the expiry.
