169 Decision on renewal application
(1)
Subject to section 187, QBCC must consider the application and decide to—
(a)
renew the licence at the level of licensing for which the applicant applied; or
(b)
refuse to renew the licence.
(2)
However, QBCC may decide to renew the licence only if it is satisfied the applicant is still a suitable person to hold a licence.
