191 Building certifier must be advised of complaint
(1)
After receiving the complaint, QBCC must, by notice—
(a)
inform the building certifier of the nature of the complaint; and
(b)
invite the building certifier to make, within the time stated in the notice, representations to QBCC about the complaint.
(2)
The time stated in the notice must be at least 5 business days after the notice is given.
(3)
If QBCC makes a decision about the complaint under section 204, QBCC must have regard to the representations when making the decision.
