26 Requirements if performance solution used
If a performance solution is used in the supporting documents, the documents must—
(a)
state—
(i)
the performance requirements with which the building work purports to comply; and
(ii)
how the building work complies with the performance requirements; and
(b)
contain details of—
(i)
how the performance solution is different from the relevant deemed-to-satisfy provisions under the BCA or acceptable solutions under the QDC; and
(ii)
inspection or test results and other documents or information relied on to prepare the application.
