328 Definitions
In this part—amended Act means this Act as amended by the amending Act.amending Act means the Professional Engineers and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2014.commencement means commencement of this section.former council means the PSC established under the unamended Act.unamended Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
