Division 2Dissolution of former council and transfer of matters to QBCC
329 Dissolution
(1)
On the commencement—
(a)
the former council ceases to exist; and
(b)
the registrar and members of the former council go out of office.
(2)
In this section—registrar means the person holding the office of registrar under the unamended Act immediately before the commencement.
