1 Secretary to give notices calling for nominations
(1)
The secretary must give a written notice to each proprietor inviting the proprietor to nominate individuals for election as chairperson, secretary, treasurer and other committee members of the body corporate.
(2)
The notice must be given 35 days before the anniversary of the first annual general meeting.
