21 Pecuniary penalty orders
For the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland), section 556(2), a pecuniary penalty that a person is ordered to pay in this jurisdiction under section 556(1) of that Law—
(a)
is a debt payable by the person to the State of Queensland; and
(b)
may be recovered from the person by the State as a debt payable to the State of Queensland.
