23 Registration fees
Despite any other Act, a fee must not be charged under an Act for the registration of an instrument in relation to a transfer of property under the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland), section 413 or 481 in relation to—
(a)
a merger of co-operatives, or a transfer of engagements of a co-operative, under the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland), chapter 4, part 4.3, division 1 or chapter 5, part 5.5; or
(b)
a transfer of incorporation under the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland), chapter 4, part 4.3, division 2.
