596 Registrar’s functions
(1)
Subject to this Law, the Registrar is responsible for the general administration of this Law, and has the functions expressed to be conferred or imposed on the Registrar under this Law.
(2)
The Registrar may have a seal of office.
(3)
The Registrar may enter into a written agreement with an entity to act as the agent of the Registrar in the carrying out of the Registrar’s functions.
