Schedule 2Particulars to be included in registers
1 Register of directors
The register of directors of a must contain the following particulars for each director:
(a)
the full name, any former names, date of birth, and residential address of each director;
(b)
the date of the director’s election or appointment as a director;
(c)
whether the director is a member director or non-member director, as referred to in section 174 of the Law;
(d)
the date of termination of office (if applicable);
(e)
the mode of termination of office (if applicable).
