4 Register of names of persons who have given loans or deposits to or hold securities or debentures given or issued by co-operative
The register of names of persons who have given loans or deposits to or hold securities or debentures given or issued by a co-operative must contain the following particulars for each person:
the name and address of the person;
whether the person:
has given a loan or deposit to the co-operative; or
holds securities given by the co-operative; or
holds debentures issued by the co-operative;
a reference to the relevant entry in the register of loans to, securities given by, debentures issued by and deposits received by the co-operative.
The particulars required by subregulation (1) for a person are not required to be included in the register to the extent another register kept by the co-operative includes the particulars referred to in subregulation (1)(b) and (c) and includes the person’s name and the address of the person in relation to those particulars.
