27 Appointment conditions and limit on powers
(1)
An authorised officer holds office on the conditions stated in—
(a)
the authorised officer’s instrument of appointment; or
(b)
a signed notice given to the authorised officer; or
(c)
a regulation.
(2)
The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the authorised officer or a regulation may limit the authorised officer’s powers under this Act.
(3)
In this section—signed notice means a notice signed by the authorised officer’s appointing chief executive.
