78 Appointment of Deputy State Coroner
(1)
The Governor in Council may appoint a magistrate as a Deputy State Coroner.
(2)
A Deputy State Coroner holds office for the term stated in the Deputy State Coroner’s instrument of appointment.
(3)
The stated term must not be longer than 5 years.
(4)
A magistrate may be reappointed as a Deputy State Coroner.
