When person stops being Deputy State Coroner

In force

(1)

A person stops being a Deputy State Coroner—

(a)

while the person is suspended as a magistrate; or

(b)

if the person stops being a magistrate.

(2)

For a magistrate who is a Deputy State Coroner, the duties mentioned in the Magistrates Act 1991, section 43(4) include the duties of a Deputy State Coroner.
