99 Regulation-making power
(1)
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), a regulation may—
(a)
prescribe offences for a contravention of a regulation, and fix a maximum penalty of not more than 20 penalty units for a contravention; or
(b)
prescribe fees payable under this Act, including for example—
(i)
the fee payable to a doctor for an autopsy; or
(ii)
the fee payable for a copy of an investigation document.
