126 Helping prisoner at large
(1)
A person must not aid someone that the person knows, or ought reasonably know, is a prisoner who is unlawfully at large.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
(2)
In this section—aid includes abet, employ, harbour and maintain.
