133 Interfering with records
(1)
A person must not, without the chief executive’s approval—
(a)
take, or attempt to take, information from a record kept under this Act; or
(b)
destroy, or attempt to destroy, information in a record kept under this Act.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
(2)
A person must not make, or attempt to make, a false entry in a record kept under this Act.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
