319ZI Orders in relation to relevant money
(1)
This section applies if a court or tribunal makes an award of compensation or an award of damages in relation to a person.
(2)
The court or tribunal must make all necessary orders to ensure that an amount mentioned in section 319ZG or 319ZH is not held in a victim trust fund.
