319ZJ Agreements in relation to relevant money
(1)
This section applies if a protected defendant enters into an agreement about relevant money with the person in relation to whom the relevant money was awarded.
(2)
The agreement contains an implied term that an amount mentioned in section 319ZG or 319ZH is not held in a victim trust fund.
