341A Chief executive may give registrar particular information
The chief executive may inform the registrar under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2023 that an identified person—
(a)
is in a corrective services facility for detention; or
(b)
is released on parole; or
(c)
is subject to a supervision order under the Dangerous Prisoners (Sexual Offenders) Act 2003.
