344AA Notification before participation in a program or service
(1)
This section applies if a prisoner is being detained on remand for an offence.
(2)
Before the prisoner participates in any program or service established or facilitated under section 266, the chief executive must ensure the prisoner is told if the program or service is an ineligible program or service under section 344AB(7).
